We want every queen to be happy with her purchase – but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

⏳ Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

📦 Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

  • Please include your order number or proof of purchase in your return package.

  • Personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged. Please double-check your details before placing a personalised order.

🔁 Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Prefer something else? We’re happy to offer an exchange where stock allows – just let us know in your return request.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or faulty item).

💔 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@savvyqueen.uk within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible – with a replacement, refund, or repair, depending on the situation.

🌍 International Returns

International customers are welcome to return eligible items, but please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customs fees or duties paid are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
