You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
📦 Conditions for Returns

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Please include your order number or proof of purchase in your return package.

Personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged. Please double-check your details before placing a personalised order.
🔁 Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Prefer something else? We’re happy to offer an exchange where stock allows – just let us know in your return request.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or faulty item).
💔 Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@savvyqueen.uk within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible – with a replacement, refund, or repair, depending on the situation.
🌍 International Returns
International customers are welcome to return eligible items, but please note:
