Order
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet gone into production or been dispatched, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
I entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to update the address. Once an order has been sent, we may not be able to redirect it.
How do I know my order has been received?
You’ll receive an order confirmation by email after checkout. If you can’t see it, please check your junk or spam folder.
Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the products ordered and the delivery option selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout where available.
Will I receive tracking?
Where tracking is available, you’ll receive the tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
What happens if my order hasn’t arrived?
Please check your tracking first if one has been provided. If your order appears delayed, contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.

What size are your greeting cards?
Our large greeting cards are approximately 148 × 210 mm and come with a matching envelope.
What is a Card Stash?
Card Stash bundles are curated sets of Savvy Queen cards designed to help you keep beautiful cards ready for upcoming occasions.
Are all the cards in a Card Stash different?
This will depend on the bundle you choose. The individual product page will explain how many cards are included and whether designs may be repeated.
Can I choose the exact cards in my Card Stash?
If a bundle is advertised as curated, the designs are selected as part of the collection. Where a choose-your-own option is available, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
T-Shirts & Hoodies
How do your T-shirts fit?
Some of our T-shirts have a more fitted shape while others have a relaxed or medium fit. Please check the individual product description and size guide before ordering.
Should I size up?
If you prefer a looser or oversized fit, we generally recommend sizing up. Fit advice is also included on each product page.
How should I wash my printed clothing?
Wash garments inside out at 30°C or colder, use a mild detergent and avoid bleach or fabric softener. Air drying is best, and prints should not be ironed directly.
Are your hoodies oversized?
Our hoodies have a relaxed, comfortable fit rather than an extreme oversized shape. Size up if you prefer a roomier look.
Wall Art & Mugs
What sizes are your art prints available in?
Our wall art is available in selected sizes from A4 to A2.
What type of paper do you use?
Our wall art is printed on premium 275gsm lustre paper, designed to give strong colour and a high-quality finish.
Do your art prints come framed, and can I choose the frame colour?
Yes. All Savvy Queen wall art prints come framed as standard and are ready to display. You can choose your preferred frame colour when ordering, with Black, White or Oak available.
Are the mugs suitable for everyday use?
Yes. Product-specific care information will be shown on the individual mug page.
Will the artwork look exactly the same as it does on screen?
We work hard to show colours accurately, but slight differences can occur between screens and the finished printed product.
Returns & Problems With Orders
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Return eligibility depends on the type of item ordered. Non-personalised items may be eligible for return if they are unused and in their original condition, while personalised or made-to-order items cannot usually be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please check all names, wording and personalisation details carefully before placing your order, and see our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and help put it right.
What if there is a printing fault?
Contact us with photographs showing the issue clearly. Genuine manufacturing or printing faults will be reviewed and resolved in line with our returns policy.
Are your hoodies oversized?
Our hoodies have a relaxed, comfortable fit rather than an extreme oversized shape. Size up if you prefer a roomier look.
